Pros

FSL has a lot of clients, a lot of opportunities for the employee in different business. The management trust in the employees so I have not experiment micromanagement. "In case you finish your assignment with a client, FSL provides excellent support during the time you are without an assignment. Additionally, they offer Udemy courses as a benefit that you can take advantage of during this period.

Cons

I'm not quite clear on what and how the performance assessment is conducted.

Coworkers are really helpful, they've never refused to help me even with dumb questions. Managers are really comprehensive and willing yo help as well. I feel recognized and valued in my team

Cons

There's not a clear career path, I have coworkers that should bs seniors already but they don't know When they'll get this promotion
