Cons

Remote work is not for everyone, sometimes it's hard to be creative and keep motivation on your own. Time tracking in hours is also a challenge that takes some time to handle correctly. There are very few opportunities to get the big picture of the company, you are only able to see the projects that you are involved in and nothing else.
