Pros

- Great salaries and benefits. - Even though it's 100% remote, you always feel you're part of a team. - Varied types of projects. - Pragmatic approach to project problem-solving. - There's always someone available to help you. - They expect great results, so it'll demand the best of you. - Great leadership.

Cons

Not exactly a con: FSL runs a pretty tight ship, so you are expected to deliver awesome work on time and within budget. This means you need to have constant communication with your project manager, keep the Jira boards tidied up, and time-track everything. It's not micromanaging, it's an efficient way to run this type of work. Alas, it's not for everyone.
