Pros

I love the benefits provided by the company, health insurance, food card, equipment, and who knows what else they'll also provide in the future. There's always someone there to listen, whether you have personal or work-related discomfort, the company works hard to make sure that is solved. There may be lots of different teams, working with different clients but co-workers relations are always good/positive. Yearly raises are always more than what you expect ;)

The projects are interesting, the family/work balance is real, good clients and excelent team members. The managers are friendly and they care about you. Really good salaries and they pay on time.
