I was on the payroll. The pays were at the time. The agency only talked to you when there were something to clarify with the client. That's good because you only focus on your work.

Cons

All was good until the end. The agency noticed me that my contract with the client was going to end 2 weeks before it happens (my contract with the agency didn't have end). it was not enough time to look for another job. They couldn't find another job for me and decided just to fired me.
