Overall, working at FullStack Labs has been a great experience. I got pushed outside my comfort zone and was able to learn a lot of new skills, both technical and non-technical. Management is very understanding of life outside of work.

You are inspired to build top-notch software and to push yourself in all aspects of software development. FullStack is ready to utilize all the skills you have to offer and is not afraid to delegate work whenever needed. If you have a desire to learn another framework or language, you have the full support of FullStack and Senior Engineers if you have questions or want to work on a project that utilizes them. Just because you came with the knowledge of a specific stack doesn't mean you'll be forever tied to it. Work from home two days a week is definitely bonus. In addition, you have direct access to top management whenever there are unexpected turns in life, you don’t have to go through layers of departments and policies. FullStack is constantly improving their policies and benefits for the changing environment. And diversity of projects means you have a chance to work on something different every time and grow your knowledge base. All other employees in the company are friendly and always ready to help or share their technical knowledge. The communication channels are robust and always active.
