Cons
Consultancy life isn't for the faint of heart. Work needs to be accurately estimated. Each project has a fairly solid schedule. The expectation is that you will consistently put out work that meets a standard of quality that represents the company. While that's not a "con" for most people, this isn't the place for people that just want to fiddle around with Jira tickets. If you work here, you need to go "all in", but doing so will reap lots of rewards.
