Pros

Fulton County Government is a very competitive company. Excellent opportunity for growth is available and updated training provisions. The spirit of employees health and welfare is always present, Customer service is a prime requirement to and for all employees and to the outside customer.

Cons

I found that this company was ideal to work for, but the police in place for Temporary was not always practice according to the written law.

Courtroom Training from day one and many trials. Opportunity to meet judges, lawyers, and law enforcement witnesses for networking. Tons of trial and motions practice. Co-workers can help you.

Cons

Pay just does not increase in the office period. Low morale in general due to non opportunities for growth and no health benefits for part time workers. Management just does not seem to care about helping employees become better attorneys.
