Raises are rare (maybe every other year), management is incompetent, stubborn, and can't communicate, constant drama between all departments, no one that actually does their job right is rewarded or acknowledged, very few employees are actually qualified for their position, favoritism runs rampant, no positive changes can be made because of how understaffed every department is (expect to work OT on a weekly basis), spent millions on new remodel instead of giving anything back to the employees.

Earlier Fundtech was Israel based company which helped old employees get 25% to 35% every year hence they grew, now these people are trying outside but do not get even interview calls due to existing heavy salary Now it is US based company hence the appraisal has became between 3% to 10% max so think twice even there were 0% this time Appraisals are not on work you do it completely depends upon the relation you have with your manager Relations depends upon the religion, region if it's same then it will help more
