Cons

People in all functions are incompetent at their jobs. The management is all about cracking the whip rather than providing genuine leadership to help deliver value to customers. Stress is constant and unrelenting, and the management loves it that way.

Pros

There are no good reasons to work for this company, other than location or possibly pay. The surrounding campus was okay. There's a shower in the bathroom.

Cons

Management is clueless. Management doesn't care about people. High-pressure environment. Incompetent handling of employees. Inability to provide employees with resources to succeed at their jobs. High pay but awful benefits. Definitely was not worth the money. You were frowned upon for leaving on time.
