-Some very talented folks to work with -Promising start-up with great idea, it has potential to make it big. -Founders have passion and solid experience.

Cons

-Lack uniformity in processes, Way of Working(WoW) is evolving, lack org structure to support next level of scaling. -The company has little or no bandwidth for people management.

Negativity rules here, the environment is made negative by the very people employed to keep the environment positive. US management does not want to hear anything from anyone except the very person against whom people may want to provide feedback.

- Great founders with an innovative idea - Free lunch everyday

Cons

Micromanagement and some rude people. No one helps. Very poor work culture, team leads and managers will not understand the depth of work and will just set random targets. No one cares about the quality. There is nothing to look forward to working here except for a heap load of work. Get ready to work late nights and all weekends. Basically, say goodbye to your personal life.
