Ambitious, industry-changing goals. Strong diverse team from a wide range of backgrounds. We've got folks that have done consumer and cloud software talking with low level networking and storage folks. We don't feel like a traditional ASIC company. Passionate, engaged founders who are helping build our products.

Cons

Lots to build - we're not just gluing together a bunch of existing technology. It's fun and challenging as an engineer, but a challenge with startup deadlines. Company is having to make the transition from ideas to products.

fungible is building the next generation data center technology (hardware and software); not an evolutionary but revolutionary approach for the data-centric world we live in. the company has been able to attract top hardware and software talent and is still aggressively hiring engineers who want to make a difference.

Cons

none really; can't imagine a better place to work and prosper.
