Pros

If you're completely new, you get to learn when desigining courses for machine learning. Because apparently that is what they hire ML engineers for.

Cons

You have to work to design ML courses until you can get assigned a client project where you get to work with an offshore client. The assignment is pretty arbitrary. Management and HR are extremely rude. Especially new grads, be careful. They put ludicrous terms in the contracts (like mandatory stay for 3yrs), can't give you the opportunity to work on good projects and withhold pay when you want to leave the company. Pay is low.
