- Good for career startup - Did not let go employees (in Nepal) during COVID-19.

Cons

1. Incompetent management in Ktm and NY. 2. Fake promises by CEO 3. Unrealistic deadlines 4. Unhealthy work culture 5. Underpay 6. Overwork and extra hour culture. They want you to work like a donkey. 7. Doesn't respect employee's (single or married) personal life 8. Never ending useless meetings 9. Poor communication (inter-department communication and upper management to employee communication) 10. Doesn't appreciate employee's research and hardwrk trying to better the existing work practices. In general, doesn't appreciate employee's work at all.

Interesting Projects Get to work with amazing people Opportunity to take initiatives (However, you need to be able to convince your superiors)

Cons

The salary is way below market rate The CEO sets unrealistic deadlines sometimes but no one says anything and just works overtime Can be stuck in a single project for a long time
