Pros

- Excellent place to start your career : I joined as a Junior Software Engineer and gradually progressed to a Senior role. - Got hands-on experience with both in-house products and a wide range of international client projects. - Learned a lot technically and professionally. - Early-stage company culture was collaborative, fun, and motivating, something that's really hard to come by.

Cons

- As the company scaled, it struggled to maintain the original culture and employee-centric values. - Management transparency and communication declined as layers were added. - Some processes felt reactive rather than proactive during periods of fast growth.
