Cons

Not much movement in high managerial positions. Most managers have been working at my company for a very long time and have great job stability. More management positions please.

Pros

Working at fusionZONE is amazing. You get to work with terrific people that are willing to go the extra mile. The environment is face paced and the days go by quick. Working at fusionZONE is a great place for growth if you are willing to put in the work. The owners are fantastic and caring about their employees with generously throwing company socials every quarter and holiday potlucks. There are also great benefits with vacation pay, health insurance, and the privilege of getting to work remote. I am loving working at fusionZONE and growing with the company.

Cons

If you don't pack a lunch be prepared to pay high dollar for food at the surrounding cafes. But plus side is there is a Ralphs across the street if you forgot to make your sandwich so you can just walk over and grab your sandwich supplies.
