Pros

Employees are appreciated and recognized for their contributions. If you make the effort to learn, take initiative, and work hard, you will get promoted here very quickly. Prior to FusionZone, I spent nearly six years in the public sector, and I had only received one promotion. At FusionZone, I was promoted and given a Manager title within six months! We also get pizza days, donut days, company socials, and lots of other perks. I also love the camaraderie here. If you are a team player, people will be very willing to teach you and learn from you. In short, this company is like no other. I can't say enough good things about FZ!

Pros

Amazing company. A really great group of people and a joy to work with. Hands down the best company and management I have ever worked for. Good benefits and great pay. Cannot say enough about this company.

Cons

While the health insurance is very good, the dental plan is a bit underwhelming.

Pros

Fusion zone is the type of place where you learn something new everyday and every single person is willing to assist with any questions you may have. There is always work but not overwhelming and management defintely cares about your well being. Coworkers are all really cool people and we get the opportunity to get to know each other with company socials and activities they're generous enough to provide for us. Definitely a professional environment but still a lot of laughs.

Cons

Sometimes extremely cold but nothing a little blanket can't fix.
