Pros

The pros are that if you like being lied to, and you like being micro-managed to death, and you like pizza once a month shoved in your face as a “benefit,” and you like having no hand soap in bathrooms, and you like staring at concrete walls wondering what the hell you’re doing with your life, you love being cheated out of money, and you love coming to work wondering how many other possible things could go wrong when you think they’re at their worst already, you’re going to love this place. If you’re desperate for a job, at least go to Lakeland office and not California where you can actually breathe a little without suffocating.

Cons

Everything is a con. Karen Sutherlin is a narcissistic, evil, and completely disgusting human being. She had zero experience running a business prior and completely forced herself into the role. She simply wants people to believe that she’s important. I can’t help but think how much better and stronger of a company fusionZONE would have been without her. Completely didn’t understand technology and acted like she had the right answers. Ignored all the right suggestions by people. Created pressure when it wasn’t even needed. Bragged about things that shouldn’t be bragged about. Forced people to write 5 star reviews. Trust me, she forced me, and I wrote one, and now I discovered that I can delete it, so I did. I would recommend others do the same. Seriously, just look at the reviews. You get on here and tell the truth about Karen or Brett and sure enough, the next review is how amazing they are... hahahaha! Such a joke! Did I mention the grotesque turnover at this company? Good luck remembering anyone’s name. They’re here today and gone tomorrow. I remember all the days I walked in and a new person was in a new seat and was never introduced by anyone, ever. Managers should especially let us know who the hell this is so we can welcome them. I guess that lack of a welcome was exactly indicative of what they were getting themselves into. If you’re still at FZ, I pray for you daily.

Pros

I honestly can’t think of one good thing to say about this company. It was a waste of time to accept their job offer.

Cons

I was hired here and worked with them for a short time. They had me do a ton of work, call a ton of people and then, after I did all that work, they ended up letting me go with no warning, despite the fact that I went above and beyond doing everything they asked me to do. Incredibly disingenuous. Really, truly think about whether you want to come work for this company.
