      1. Incredibly smart & talented people across all parts of the company 2. Have a focus now (finally!) on how to make money and creating a successful business 3. Great communal lunches daily 4. Amazing benefits, particularly healthcare

      1. Going through growing pains of delivering to enterprise clients 2. Internal communication - though getting better with a monthly staff meeting

      - Catered lunches - Incredibly smart and diverse group of people working here

      Cons

      - CEO is stubborn and holds all power. Doesn't let even the other 3 cofounders have an opinion. - No business or sales experience between the founders or COO. - The COO is a joke and watches YouTube videos all day in his office. - Load is not distributed well and always falls on the same handful of people. - Poor location - shopping cart and RV fires regularly on the sidewalk in front of the office.
