Pros

No pros. New leadership has poor communication and morale continues to drop. Adding new senior leadership and while getting rid of mid-level management and staff

Cons

Adding new senior leadership while getting rid of mid-level management and staff. Total disconnect between senior leadership and staff.

Pros

Flexible hours, full time WFH with equipment provided, nice PTO, fairly laid back and stress free.

Cons

Pay is pathetic, not a lot of room to advance or move up, they keep taking away from employees, they don’t give us anything free or discounted for being a sponsor of the KC Chiefs. Not even a few hours off or downtime to watch the parade if they win the Superbowl, there’s definitely favoritism, same department but different teams do claims differently, senior adjusters make countless mistakes yet get 100% saying no mistakes on reports.
