Pros

There are no longer any good reasons to work for them.

Cons

Significant micromanagement on my team and very poor leadership on several teams. Leadership lied and falsified reviews. Very inappropriate.

Pros

Most staff and co-workers are nice and helpful. Good training program. Can work from home after awhile in the office.

Cons

Inappropriate upper nursing management. Mean girl mentality . Ganging up on nurses they didn’t like. They acted professional but it was very aggressive with 2 different nurses I witnessed.

Pros

100% work from home Great team members

Cons

1. Pension plan was removed 2. Work/Life balance is a joke and has gotten worse since Covid 3. Good Old Boy system when it comes to promotions, you get over looked if you don’t plan the games 4. They preach “Open and Transparent” communication but that doesn’t happen 5. No direction, everything is “Top Priority” 6. Internal talent is over looked and not leveraged 7. Employees aren’t held accountable
