Can work from home on a rotation. Job is overall pretty easy and has decent pay. 401k.

Cons

Extremely stressful, CS does just about every single departments jobs especially claims and enrollment! I dread going to this job every day. Many archaic processes and a ridiculous rotating schedule. Poor accrual for pto. I don't feel like I'll ever be able to get out of CS... and I hate it.
