The negative reviews gave me pause. However, I did join the team and the people are kind, intelligent, and open to new ideas. There is a lot of forward moving change that is centered around improvement for members, as well as employees. I learned that many have come from people that were affected by a layoff (due to a new partnership) and were given a years notice to try to transition them into a new position.

Cons

PTO could be improved, especially as more companies are transitioning to flex time off.
