Pros

Great culture where i feel connected to the people even though we are Remote. New ideas/approaches encouraged and celebrated Leadership who are personable I love the sense of team spirit across teams and the openness of different teams to collaborate informally and formally to get things done/improved

Cons

It is busy and we set standards/expectations high, You need to be able to collaborate and multitask on median and long-term goals, while still delivering on short-term objectives.

Pros

- Competitive salary and great benefits offered (e.g Flexible PTO; Health Insurance) - No micromanagement and there can be flexibility of working hours depending on the region/ countries that you support. - Teamwork & support. - Generous with company travels and in promoting people engagement. - Diversity. Culture.

Cons

- It is stable at first, and everything was exciting but company had multiple change in leadership levels, and did another layoff on 2023. It seems that the management didn’t do it any better from last year. They surprised employees by sending calendar invites (before Christmas) without even preparing them in advance. There is no clarity on the basis and reason of layoff. There is always a weak planning, strategizing and forecasting. After layoff on 2022, they continued to hire people, but then, some of these hires were part of 2023 layoff. - Career progression is not clear for some positions. - Global People Business Partners are slow to act and respond. They seem to be not well-knowledgeable of the process and local/country guidelines and benefits. - Leadership always sugarcoat things by saying company is growing and expanding well, but you’d be surprised, you’ll be part of another round of layoff. - Company spends too much with marketing and events sponsorship, flaunting in LinkedIn, where they could have save amount to save other employees. - There is low morale left for the remaining employees because of the two-year consecutive layoffs that happened. There is no assurance of stability and good leadership.
