      The people here are fantastic. You'll get to work with amazing engineers and architects, following best practices along the way with the best and most suitable technology for the problem. Managers listen to problems faced and there is a culture of honesty and ownership.

      Cons

      Can be a positive depending on what you look at it but it's fast-paced. Direction can often change, however, this can be for the better of the business.
