      Pros

      In my life I've gone through several companies where I felt like a number, toxic environments where you can feel the general dislike for the job and the company, effortlessly managers would reward us with banal things like pizza or candy. Globalization Partners is far from being one of those companies, I genuinely feel respected and validated from the company as a whole.

      Cons

      As part of the growing pains of a company it can be difficult to detect the bad apples and avoid them from being hired. There have been instances where bad apples have made the environment not the greatest, slowly but surely they have been thrown away.

      Pros

      Lots of growth opportunities, lots of tools for staying engaged with your colleagues who are of course all remote too.

      Cons

      As a rapidly growing company, some functions do not exist or are still nascent. This can slow decision-making at times but is improving quickly. Most key decision-makes are US-based so days and occasionally evenings will need a lot of time on the phone (something to be aware of if considering a role, fairly normal otherwise).
