      Pros

      Ranked Market Leader, Competitive Pay, Inclusive Culture (from D&I perspective), tons of opportunities internally, constantly trying to innovate, fair treatment all round. Lots of funding, exciting high growth scale up. Does not take shortcuts with compliance and treats the product + customers seriously. First class colleagues on the ground nearly everywhere. Would work here again if I ever leave. Inspiring leaders with strong female representation.

      No cons from HR/employee treatment. You will not be disappointed if you're looking for fair treatment, kind and inclusive culture e.g. People Resources noticeably always trying to make employees feel supported. Corporate decision-making cons, not employee experience cons: top heavy, US founder-centric leadership despite global scale of organization - so ideas, strategy and decisions are top down from Boston i.e. Well intentioned, intelligent and kind leaders, yet commercial strategy feels made in vacuum despite realities experienced globally.
