      Pros

      -The communication channels are always open, your ideas are always wanted and appreciated. -It has grown like crazy and they still treat you like a person and not a number. -It really feels like we work on a big team with, great collaborative culture. -No micromanaging, so it has become a very good way to work remotely.

      Cons

      -Some administrative processes and policies are still in the development part.

      Pros

      Excellent team work , its a connected company even in the pandemic they have made communication seamless via technology. Forward looking middle and senior management who truly want to improve the company not Empire build.

      Cons

      No Physical office but this is mainly due to the pandemic. It's a young company so still some teething issues on Global processes.
