      Pros

      I love my job. We're in one of the hottest industries in the world (global HR tech) and the originators of the platform and the technology. We're well known as the best platform. Our product and engineering team are world class, and we've just launched an AI product that is well ahead of the competition. This is not always an easy job, but the team is excellent and I love my colleagues.

      Cons

      This is a fast paced company. Things move quickly and you have to be able to keep up.

      -lots of creative freedom -Company keeps employees informed -values the opinion of al employees -great culture

      Cons

      -work life balance can be difficult working across the various timezones -they have hyper segmented work which causes a lot of confusion and not a lot of role clarity -doesn't seem easy to advance if not already in a management position
