      Pros

      The people of this company are amazing. It seems hard to believe from the outside or when you first join, but there is amazing camaraderie at GP. It is filled with hard-working, smart, kind people that it is a joy to help build the company together. Additionally, the diversity of the global team is amazing!

      Cons

      This is a fast-growth company that has a lot of change. I love it as I never get bored, but that environment is not a good fit for everyone.

      The Company is growing very quickly, so the pace is fairly intense. A good fit if you like high energy, rapid growth environments.

      I have recently just joined Globalization Partners. However, I am so impressed by the team, talent and onboarding process. I can't recommend this company enough.
