      Pros

      G-P cares so much about their employees, and is the most culturally diverse and accepting company I've ever worked at. They even talk about different cultures during the first week of onboarding. They are a fully remote company, and I don't ever feel pressure to be in person.

      Cons

      G-P is going through scaling pains, so there's a lot of work ahead for us. But since the culture, team and management are all so great, you don't mind putting in the hard work...especially since you're working from home. :)

      Pros

      This company is on fire.  It’s the best company I’ve ever worked for an I am excited to go to work every day. Everything operates like a machine, and the product and technology team is world class.  Our Chief Product Officer made tax filing from a cell phone (TurboTax) possible and he’s doing the same thing with being able to hire employees all over the world quickly and easily. We are growing like a rocket ship after what seemed like a brief hiccup as the market changed in 2022.  The investment in technology accelerated throughout that period and new products are coming off the assembly line quickly. It’s exciting to be part of building the future of work and I’m excited to be here.

      Cons

      Fully remote workforce.  I personally love this and the vibe of the team is very human centric, but sometimes I miss going into the office.  There are offices in various hubs but I prefer to live remotely, so I don’t go in much.  I do gather with colleagues occasionally and we have a great time when we do.
