      Pros

      This company is extremely high growth but very well managed. The executive team moves quickly but is disciplined and very organized. They're also fun to work with and wield a combination of strength and kindness. This is a powerful team and I love working here! It's also exciting. No two days are the same, and there is a tremendous opportunity for growth. The company closed 50% more clients this quarter than last quarter, and keeping up with that means people who have been here 1-2 years often become leaders on their team.

      Cons

      In a high growth environment, change is rapid and things are unpredictable. This is a great place for someone creative, who can handle a lot, and who likes to build. This is not a good place for someone who likes to check things off a list each day. The hours can be intense due to so many time zones.
