Pros

Very smart people, relaxed environment, real focus on quality over quantity. Non-stop learning is encouraged in every possible way. Pretty flat structure and direct contact with management. Salary and bonus above average.

Cons

Security and secrecy are an every day challenge you need to deal with and get used to. It may take a while.

Pros

Everyone is very talented. This applies to people in every single role, not just devs Interesting projects and technology Great culture, we are actively encouraged to experiment and innovate - management take this very seriously and drive a lot of this. Good pay and benefits Friendly colleagues

Cons

Security can be a pain. You get used to it somewhat and it is understandable but there are still a lot of times when you think "why can't I just do XYZ". Still a lot of tech debt on older projects Support rota can be stressful but this varies a lot between teams
