Pros

- good work environment (hardly any politics in office) - good bosses who don’t micro manage - embrace different cultures -impromptu dinner sessions for almost the entire office

Cons

- no guaranteed 13th month bonus. Bonus is up to the board’s discretionary as well as your performance of the year.
