      flexibility great pay great benefits great management support

      Cons

      some small teams in some areas (can be good or bad), medium to high movement of staff sometimes not allowing for proper training of backfills.

      Great work-life balance, optional summer hours (half days on Friday if you work 9hrs the other 4 days of the week),

      Location, not offering remote work, very traditional (good or bad), aren't proficient at implementing new technology to the organization,
