Cons

This company says their all about diversity and equality, but how can you be about equality and equal employer when HR cancels new hires offers because of their own personal emotions towards that person. You’re robbing people of a better future, and your also robbing the company of a great worker. So in other words you’re hurting “your company” because of how you feel about a certain person.

Management has favorites. Will fire you without warning no matter how long you’ve been there.
