      It's a job. They pay and have good benefits.

      Cons

      Toxic work culture, favoritism, nepotism, and all of it is enabled by HR. Don't expect your issues to be taken seriously. If you are a minority, don't work here. Some managers make blatantly racist statements and are never punished.

      Tons of options for hard working and talented people. They are growing like crazy and always need people to promote.

      Who you network with is more probably more important than your results.
