The compensation package is good. The insurance covers quite a lot.

Cons

They advertise 3 days on site, but enforce 4 to 5 days. IT IS A FULLY ON-SITE job. Politics gets in the way of efficiency. There is a lot of micromanagement, at least for the subsidiary I work for. It is a playground for who has the best ego, not much room for talent improvement
