Pros
High salaries (above average in UAE). A lot of opportunity for career growth: lots of rotation and vacating spots in upper layers, lots of new teams/projects forming.
Cons
A lot of BS projects since its all somehow related to the royal family of the emirate and G42 is just oil-money pumped to tech investments - it survives because its in a protected environments with protected deals. Would definitely not survive out in the real world.
