Competitive pay and benefits. Nothing more.

Cons

Long hours every day, complete chaos often driven by ELT with unrealistic expectations. The culture is horrible - leadership thinks they own people as long as they are on payroll. You are expected to work all days including weekends if you are salaried employee.
