Descent pay and gym on site.

Cons

Horrible experience by far, feels like working in a plant except you are actually in an office setting. No direction in what is expected meaning training does not exist, what makes things even worse is that without any formal guidance upper level likes to micromanage and looks over your every move. The younger and older staff are treated very differently. Not a long term place to be.

Fridays are still remote. That's it Just that.

Cons

The new CEO has effectively killed what was so special about this place. He's fired anyone who knows anything about making our product, development of new innovations, what makes us special to our partners, marketing which was one of the things that made me proud to work here, and taking away the cool stuff that made GAF different.

It would be a pro to leave the current hybrid schedule alone. For everyone’s mental health.

Cons

Moving to a 4:1 work model come September. They claim for collaboration. Half the time people sit on Google meets in their own department instead of getting a conference room. Plus when we try to collaborate in the office on the floor we’re told we’re too loud. Go figure.
