Pros
Good money, incentives, and benefits. The hours aren't bad either
Cons
Supervisors and management Are not as cool to work for as they come off. Of you're a favorite or worked there a while they are ok but the second miss hap occurs orthey believe toy aren't working fast enough, they are right I your face asking a million and one questions. Then the next higher up will comeand do thesame thing and so on until you have 4 guys up there with you giving you dirty looks and conversing to see if your story changed even a little and will pin it on you as an operator of you forget a detail once.
