Outstanding Upper Management Team

Pros

Wonderful company to work for! The upper management team is forward thinking and will ensure the continued success and growth of GAF and their employees. Excellent compensation based on the level of hard work you provide. They listen to your ideas and do implement them. Collaboration of all the teams and the willingness of the employees to assist in needs is remarkable; everyone wants the team to succeed and will do whatever it takes to make it happen. Just an amazing place to create a career with!!

Cons

Not really a con; my advice is to work smarter not harder when trying to maintain work/life balance. You will love your career so much that you may lose sight of what is important in life. As long as you are organized and have good systems in place you will succeed without too much sacrifice.

Pros

Great coworkers in a very team atmosphere with everyone in the company at all levels willing to help. Great pay and benefits. Largest roofing manufacturer in the world. Values hard work and life at home with family.

Cons

Not for people who are not good communicators, people who would rather be a desk jockey than on the road, people who can't build relationships and challenge customers, and people who have a hard time multitasking.
