Corporate did well during downed economy.

Cons

HQ is its own fiefdom; very political with seemingly little regard for employees outside of NJ. GAF has GREAT folks at the plant level, but HQ is not an ethics-focused environment.

Pros

There are endless amount of opportunities at GAF and is an extremely beneficial place to intern for during your years of college. They continuously put you to the challenge and are always pushing you to learn things that would help you no matter your career path later on in life.

Cons

There really is not to many negative things to say about GAF. Some departments are incredibly talented while others may not have the most motivation.

Hands down best company I've worked for. Strong and Competent Sr. Management. Hard working intelligent coworkers who all pitch in to make this a great place that I want to come to every day. And really loving the new office! It doesn't stink to have an in house cafe and gym that also includes great spinning, Zumba and TRX classes either! Would (and have) definitely recommend(ed) to friends.

Still looking for any.....not finding.
