      Pros

      Not many. Some of the employees are good to work with.

      Cons

      They refuse to promote within their company if it is a Hispanic applying for the job. They will only hire or promote just enough where they can’t be sued and hide behind a group they have implemented that only segregates Latinos further. It’s an embarrassment and they are a terrible company to work for.

      Selfish "All about me" culture.

      High pay levels which result in poor "all about me" culture.

      Cons

      No team environment. Team members do not follow chain of command ... leaving team leaders to be blindside by their own salespeople. Managers walk around with targets on their backs.

      You are always wrong ,GAF is always right,you are guilty onto proving innocent.That is no room for advancement. The environment is toxic (very toxic) and dirty
