Excellent work experience working for a large national manufacturer. I learned every aspect of what should be expected in a professional job for a large company. Great teamwork experience.

Cons

Not a con but there was always a lot of work to do.

Catered food sometimes, great coworker’s

Cons

Don’t like to stay in competition and give raises even though neighboring warehouses pay more for safer and healthier work environments. Only give schedules out 3 months at a time so it makes it hard to plan vacation or appointments throughout the year. Dusty and dirty work environment. Management gives positions to who they want versus who earns it. (Favoritism) HR can be hard to get ahold of and when you do get ahold of them they don’t like to help your situation or don’t have any answers for you.
