Pros

NONE. ZERO. NADA. Absolutely worst company I have EVER worked for!

Cons

Very poor management all the way around. We are spoken to as if they are 5 year old children. I’ve never worked somewhere where I seen more miserable people than this place. Plus it’s very apparent to move up here you need to be in a certain clique. Job is very medial and boring as well.

Pros

There are a few really good people there, but trust me they are all looking to leave.

Cons

This company only cares about profit, you are just a number. They excuse and normalize bad behavior, people who are well-connected get away with horrific behavior and are never held accountable. Some have received large raises, while others are still waiting only to be told now things are frozen. An exodus is coming and they don't even care, so long as they get theirs. Nepotism and favoritism are always factors in who keeps their jobs and who doesn't. The only thing that matters is who you are buddies with.

Pros

Pays you for your work, the team I worked with was mostly okay

Cons

Working at GAF has been the most demoralizing and traumatic professional experience of my career. The gap between the glossy branding and the actual day-to-day reality is enormous. Leadership is incompetent, invisible, and completely disconnected from the work. Decisions seem to be driven by politics, performative culture language, and whatever looks good in a slide deck. GAF also blatantly discriminates against white males in both hiring and promotions.
