Some Good People, Some not as good as others, overall I give it a B+/A-
Pros
Good top leadership that cares about the staff truly. Some people perhaps are not as connected if they are not in Pittsburgh, but I am so I can't relate to their challenges and insight. It isn't easy being 'remote'. I would say there have been a lot of changes in the last 3 years, some positive, some negative, depending on your position in the organization and personality. If you want to work for a place that has top management that care, this is it.
Cons
Although top management genuinely cares, not everyone in between treats staff that way. Sometimes business 'processes and procedures' that are more or less robotic or machine like in nature get in the way as well. Like any job, your appreciation of the company will be dependent on your immediate supervisor. Some are better than others. I think that it can be frustrating at times when middle managers are not diligent leaders.
