Full of Relatives who do Nothing but get great compensation

Pros

Nice new offices. Opportunities to manage many projects and teams.

Cons

This company is full of relatives. It is essentially a family controlled business. There is extreme turnover except for those who are long term friends and direct relations of the president. No credit or financial reward is given to employees for successes unless you are long term friends or family. I got the same low bonus and almost zero pay raise as those who literally slept in the office and brought in no work. Only family and friends got rewarded, even those who lost clients and money. It was not worth it and I left. If you are male, catholic, and Italian you might have a chance. This is not a place where diversity is respected.

Pros

Good sense of community among employees. Good retirement benefits. Making an effort to change. Some departments have great flex time and opportunity to work from home.

Cons

Constant organizational changes. Stingy on real training but big on lunchtime "training" presentations. High employee turnover. They seem to be unfocused on their internal infrastructure such as computers, servers, and vehicles at the expense of employee productivity. Hiring is full of nepotism and Human Resources is generally unresponsive when attempting to hire new employees, sometimes losing resumes. Very little holiday time, but vacation hours grow faster than some other places.

Pros

They hire with little to no experience, so it's a great resume builder straight out of college. Lots of good people working there.

Cons

Pay is lower than average which leads to a high turnover rate. Some positions require constant travel. Unless you work in the Pittsburgh or Orlando office it's difficult to advance in the company.
