Pros
I joined the geotechnical team and I'm loving it here. Mostly because my team are a bunch of legends and everyone works together coherently. A lot of big energy clients so it's an interesting and fast-paced environment to be in. Flexible hybrid working and a lovely homestead office.
Cons
sometimes last minute client decisions and contractor available enable slap-dash operations, but i think this would be the case in most environmental consulting firms.
